What do I need to use Yakeen?
A WooCommerce store and a WhatsApp business number. You connect the number to Yakeen once, from a free Meta account, and everything runs on its own after that. We walk you through it with screenshots, or we can do it for you.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, or you can use a new one. If you use your current number, it sometimes has to move from the WhatsApp app to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Talk to us and we'll help you pick what suits your store.
How much do messages cost?
Meta bills messages directly to your account at its own rates. We take nothing per message.
Does it work on Shopify, Salla or Zid?
The first version is for WooCommerce. If your store is elsewhere, pick your platform in the form below and we'll tell you when it's ready.
How does Yakeen know a customer refuses deliveries?
From your own store's orders. When a shipment comes back, set the order to "Refused on delivery"; from then on any new order from that phone or email is recognised. Customers who ignored confirmation messages several times count too. You choose the limits, and you can have it only flag orders instead of blocking.
Won't abandoned-cart messages annoy customers?
They only go to shoppers who agreed to WhatsApp messages, with a "Stop messages" button. Two messages at most, and never more than one a day per number. Meta counts them as marketing messages, about $0.06 each in Egypt.
How much is Pro?
$49 a year for one store, or $99 a year for 5 stores. You can try it free for 3 days without entering a card.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro has reminders, the shipping message, address editing and abandoned-cart recovery. Business adds COD protection against customers who refuse deliveries, and WhatsApp-code login. If refused deliveries are your biggest problem, choose Business.
What if Pro isn't for me?
Try it free for 3 days first. If you subscribe and it doesn't suit you, get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
What if the customer has no WhatsApp?
The order stays on "Awaiting confirmation" until you confirm it yourself, or it's cancelled after the delay you set.
Where do I get it?
The free version is on the official WordPress.org directory: in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New and search for Yakeen, or download it from wordpress.org/plugins/yakeen. Pro is bought with the button on this page; you get a license key to activate inside the plugin.
